Scuba diving or snorkeling here on our island offers some of the most amazing volcanic rock formations with some small caverns in which to swim through and plenty of marine life. When we dive in Tenerife, we regularly see Bream, Sea Bass, Wrasse, Barracuda, Amber jacks, Octopus, Murray eel, just to name a few, and also some of the biggest Stingrays , which are very used to scuba divers and generally offer close encounters with the divers. When we dive in Tenerife, on specials occasions we also get the local Tenerife Bottle Nose Dolphins following the dive boats in Los Gigantes, they are amazing to see, especially when accompanied by the shoals of whales in our local Tenerife waters.
